Lead Full-stack Engineer

About the role:

Are you a Lead Full-stack Engineer who is good at both frontend and backend? Do you feel like diving into the business side of things? If you understand the importance of unit and integration testing in the development process, then this is the perfect chance for you as we are now building a new technical team on cybersecurity.

Salary:

3,000 - 7,000 USD

Remote/Ukraine

Skills & Experience:

Background in software engineering; degree in computer science or related technical discipline;
6+ years of commercial experience with .Net/JS stack (.Net Core experience is welcomed but not mandatory);
Understanding Relational/Non-Relational Databases (understanding how SQL queries work to suggest consistent engineering solutions);
Experience with large enterprise projects;
Experience with JS frameworks (React/Angular/Ember, etc.);
Experience in leading a team with a minimum of 4 people;
English — Upper-Intermediate or above.

Nice to have:

CI/CD (Azure DevOps) experience;
Advanced front-end JS skills;
Experience in building SPAs;
Google cloud experience;
Understanding of .Net Framework 4.0.
Experience with Web API;
In-depth understanding of Entity Framework.

Responsibilities:

Participate in the design, development, estimation, and integration process;
Implement the products in a client environment;
Code coverage with unit, integration tests;
Research new technologies and products;
Support/manage/implement CI/CD in Azure DevOps;
Communicate with US-based customers;
Handle release management, related communications, and risk management.
Help product owners make the right decisions;
Investigate performance bottlenecks and perform code optimization proactively.

About the Project

We are helping customers with capabilities such as the extension of family plans, keeping the system running, billing providing integrations, building new domains and products related to renting utilities, building better customer interactions for mobile appreciation with the extended notifications channels, and building modern onboarding flow for new users with the supported governance by architecture team.

The new platform should replace the old monolithic system step by step with new microservices architecture. You will have the opportunity to help build a new architecture and choose the right technologies for a platform with millions of users in the US.
