We are looking for a Front-end developer master to our Web development efforts. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for building high-profile web solutions and enjoys building adaptive layouts for different devices. Being pixel perfect is part of their DNA and every detail matters.
We’re looking for someone who is highly comfortable working and iterating with designers in Figma, day in and day out.

We are ex Giphy, Apple, product & engineering team looking to make web3 much more consumer-friendly. Our journey starts by solving one of the most important primitives of web3, identity & messaging.

Today, our crypto wallet addresses are quickly becoming our main identity and the primary entry point into the decentralized world. Over the past year, we’ve seen social media profiles evolve from personal photos & names to NFT PFPs with .eth names. The transformation to having your wallet address become your personal identity is underway. At Ghost, we believe in bringing the same fundamental communication mechanisms we know and love today to the decentralized world.

What we looking for

REQUIREMENTS:

Well versed with React & Typescript using frameworks such as Next, Vue, Gatsby, or other well-adapted ones;
Experienced in working closely with designers and taking high-fidelity designs and translating them into responsive websites. Bonus points if you yourself are well-versed in Figma;
Focused on delivering fully tested, end-to-end, web apps with UI automation tools.

Will be a plus:

Experience working with cloud providers such as GCP or AWS;
Experience working with fast-paced startup environments;
Past experience in the messaging space;
Experience working in the NFT space;
Experience with Web3JS to interact with Ethereum, Polygon, or other networks;
Familiarity with Sprint/Agile methodologies.

Challenges

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and work with our product team to deliver the best possible user experience;
Help design and evolve our APIs by working with our server infra team;
Partake in discussions related to product decisions alongside other members of the team;
Think about user journeys with our design team;
Observing how other Apps in the space solve challenges that we’re faced with;
Continually stay up to date in the fast-moving field of web3 and propose methods to minimize technical debt.
