We are inviting an experienced Senior-level Frontend Developer to join our team, diversify our experience and help us to produce well-designed, efficient code by using the best software development practices.

ABOUT PROJECT:

Mass General Brigham operates community and specialty hospitals, a managed care organization, a physician network, community health centers, and home care services and other health-related entities in the United States.
Mass General Brigham – is a web-based application with over 10,000 current users developed for the entire research community to review, monitor and manage MGB research portfolio. The main goal of Insight is to unite distributed and complex organizational processes into one application and help alleviate administrative burdens.

What we looking for

Requirements:

In-depth understanding of JavaScript programming language (3+ years experience);
Excellent knowledge of ReactJS (2+ years experience);
Expert knowledge on client-side technologies: HTML, CSS;
Ability to write scalable, maintainable code;
Capable of working within a team in a full development life cycle;
English — Upper-Intermediate or above.

Will be a plus:

Experience with other Javascript libraries/frameworks (e.g. Angular/Vue);
Experience in highload projects or/and large enterprise projects.

Challenges

Responsibilities:

Develop new features and introduce improvements to existing functionality in continuous expansion of MGB web application;
Develop reusable UI components, build scalable UI architecture for upcoming features and functions.
Produce well-designed, efficient code by using the best software development practices;
Perform code reviews for compliance with the best engineering practices, coding standards, and quality criteria set forth on the projects;
Provide suggestions about ways of improving the architecture, coding practices, build/verification toolset and solving customer problems.
