Senior Project/Delivery Manager

About the role:

We’re looking for an empathetic and result-oriented project manager/delivery manager to lead one of our US-based projects/accounts. This highly-visible role spans multiple global touch points, including project and delivery management, client relationships, presales, technical consultancy, and new talent recruitment.

As our project manager, you’ll lead 2-4 projects with 5-10 engineers; As a delivery manager, you will ensure high-quality project delivery for the client, participate in presales activities and new business opportunities, and build delivery excellence practices together with your colleagues.

Salary:

6,000 - 8,000 USD

Location:

Hybrid: Wrocław/Kyiv

Skills & Experience:

Psychological maturity and relevant experience in IT service companies;
Background in software development as an engineer;
Ability to build strong communication bridges between people with different backgrounds and mindsets;
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and methodologies;
Ability to find the balance between written rules and creative solutions;
Experience in scaled enterprise delivery frameworks and practical experience with fixed prices;
Ability to work from the office a few days weekly and the interest in gathering your team on-site.

Managerial experience in multicultural environments;

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager:

Lead a project with 30+ engineers for a client in the USA in the finance domain;
Ensure high-quality project delivery for the client and a good working atmosphere for the team;
Support the business development team in presales, professional events, and client-facing negotiations;
Support recruitment processes.
