Senior Sales and Business Development Manager

We are looking for a professional who will join our corporate start-up Employa.

ABOUT PROJECT:

In 2021, the US has the greatest technical talent shortage it has ever seen with capable software engineers staying in the job market for less than 10 days on average. IT salaries continue to rise, and so does the cost of technical recruitment.

Employa developed a suite of software solutions that help solve these problems by sourcing and qualifying technical talent.

We have 2 revenue streams: SaaS subscription model and recruitment services that we offer using the tools of our own creation. This vacancy is for the latter.

Thanks to the minimal involvement of humans in the sourcing process, our overhead costs are much lower than those of traditional recruitment agencies. That allows Employa to offer clients exceptionally attractive conditions.

Requirements:

  •  Hunt and Identify clients who are interested in the Employa Agency Service (In the need of technical staff for US based companies);
  • Build Sales plan;
  • Set quotas;
  • Upsell and retaining current clients;
  • Generate leads, hit or exceed revenue forecasts and ultimately meet customer needs;
  • Support project fulfillment, monitor the competitive landscape and analyze overall performance metrics;
  • Fidelize clients;
  • Cultivate Brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  •  Successful experience in the sales of IT Recruitment Services, IT Services or Software solutions Internationally ( US + Europe + LatAm);
  • Excellent outbound prospecting skills and techniques;
  •  Strong Networking Skills;
  •  Solutions-oriented and Customer-focused;
  •  Great understanding of Social Media and Marketing strategies;
  •  Account Management Skills. You will be maintaining relationships with your clients after deal closure;
  • Advanced / Near Native level of spoken and written English.
