In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and effective user experiences from conceptualization to implementation. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure our products deliver intuitive and satisfying solutions for our users.

Our client offers a cutting-edge platform focused on immersive and simulation-based training. They provide a solution that bridges the gap between skill acquisition and real-world performance through engaging simulations. This approach allows learners to gain practical experience in a scalable manner. Additionally, the platform provides Learning and Development (L&D) and talent leaders with actionable data on skill proficiency, enabling them to develop informed and effective strategies.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Experience:

  • 9+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer;
  • Proficient in advanced UX skills;
  • Highly skilled and experienced senior UI/visual designer;
  • Skilled in conducting research, interviews, and usability tests;
  • Adept at facilitating workshops with clients;
  • Expertise in designing interactive forms;
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent communication skills: fluent in English with clear writing and speaking abilities.

Nice to have:

  • Background in education, video, and LMS is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Product and Software Engineering teams to enhance interaction design, conduct research, and shape the end-to-end user experience;
  • Explore Visual Design to ensure that visual elements are both appealing and functional;
  • Create Wireframes to outline the structure and flow of user interfaces;
  • Develop Detailed Visual Design Mockups for various devices, including tablets, laptops/desktops, and mobile phones;
  • Build Clickable Prototypes to represent key user flows and interactions;
  • Conduct UX Research (including interviews, usability studies, etc.) to gather valuable insights and validate design decisions;
  • Apply Best Practices and Personal Insights to make well-informed design decisions that enhance user experience.
