Talent Sourcing Specialist for Employa

We are looking for a professional who will join our corporate start-up Employa.

ABOUT PROJECT:

In 2021, US has the greatest technical talent shortage it has ever seen with capable software engineers staying in the job market for less than 10 days on average. IT salaries continue to rise, and so does the cost of technical recruitment. Employa solves this problem by sourcing qualified developers from ATS databases and job boards. The backbone of Employa is a proprietary candidate screening technology. We are looking for Senior recruiter for Employa agency (company based in US). You will focus on all technical positions for our US clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant (3+ years);
  • Understanding of the full cycles of the recruiting components;
  • Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants;
  • Experience working with foreign (US) clients;
  • Knowledge of labor laws (US);
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently;
  • Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases;
  • Knowledge of social media and professional networks;
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently;
  • English – Advanced.

Responsibilities:

  • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures;
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates;
  • Suggest ways to improve the employer’s brand;
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics;
  • Research the best job advertising techniques;
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods;
  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs;
  • Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations;
  • Participate in job fairs and career events;
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
