About the Project:
Our client is a global real estate services company specializing in the management and development of commercial properties. Over the past several years, the organization has made significant strides in systematizing and standardizing its reporting infrastructure and capabilities, utilizing Azure, MS Power Platform, Snowflake. Due to the increased demand for reporting, the organization is seeking a dedicated team to expand capacity and free up existing resources.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- Anaplan Certified Model Builder L2 (L3 is a strong plus).
- 1+ year of professional hands-on Anaplan model development experience.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- High level of business acumen with the ability to translate complex problems into non-technical business terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to compile and analyze data effectively.
- Demonstrated teamwork and citizenship skills, actively participating in team collaboration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Private Equity industries.
- Expertise in advanced Anaplan functionalities, integrations, and large-scale data processing.
- Prior experience in a client-facing or stakeholder-facing technical role
Responsibilities:
- Execute Anaplan model building following best practices and client guidelines.
- Translate business goals and requirements into clear technical implementation strategies.
- Build partnerships with business stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of key processes.
- Work closely with the user community to reflect strategic needs in solution design.
- Ensure all builds are documented for sustainability and simple audit.
- Peer-review others' builds to identify risks and ensure effective delivery.
- Explain technical solutions in business terms during workshops, training, and UAT.
- Utilize project management tooling (Monday.com) for build tracking and coordination.
