About the Project
Our client is a global real estate services company specializing in the management and development of commercial properties. Over the past several years, the organization has made significant strides in systematizing and standardizing its reporting infrastructure and capabilities, utilizing Azure, MS Power Platform, Snowflake. Due to the increased demand for reporting, the organization is seeking a dedicated team to expand capacity and free up existing resources.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- Anaplan certified model builder L2 ( nice to have L3)
- 1+ Year of hands-on Anaplan Model development
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle
- High level of business acumen. Ability to speak in non-technical terms and translate complex problems in business terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to compile and analyze data effectively
- Demonstrated teamwork and citizenship skills, actively participating in team communication and collaboration
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Private Equity industries
- Expertise in advanced Anaplan functionalities and integrations, along with experience in complementary technologies.
Responsibilities
- Anaplan model building, following Anaplan best practices and client model building guidelines
- Creative problem-solving for complex modeling scenarios
- Document build(s) for sustainability and simple audit
- Work closely with the user community to understand their needs and reflect that in strategic solution design
- Effectively explain technical solutions in business terms while participating in workshops, training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Build a partnership with business stakeholders to gain in-depth knowledge of key business processes; collaborate with stakeholders and in-house modeling teamto identify business challenges and inefficient processes
- Peer Review others' builds to ensure best practices and effective delivery
- Utilize project management tooling for build tracking/peer review (Monday.com)
