About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Project Manager (CS PM) to join our team and drive seamless onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success for our customers. You’ll operate at the intersection of project management, customer success, and cross-functional coordination—overseeing implementation timelines, aligning internal and client teams, and ensuring every customer achieves measurable value from our platform
In addition to core project management responsibilities, this role will involve supporting the Customer Success team with Intercom-related activities, such as coordinating customer communications, monitoring inquiries, and improving support workflows.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, who thrives in dynamic environments, can balance multiple priorities, and enjoys collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Engineers, Product Managers, and client teams to manage onboarding projects from start to finish and support the growth of our customer relationships.

Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, customer success, or onboarding roles in a SaaS or technology company;
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects and meeting deadlines;
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable working with both technical and non-technical audiences;
- Experience coordinating between cross-functional teams (engineering, product, success, sales);
- Familiarity with customer support tools (e.g., Intercom) and willingness to assist in customer communications and support workflows;
- High ownership mindset—you thrive in startup environments and excel at managing unstructured problems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SaaS onboarding processes, data integrations, or system implementations;
- Knowledge of construction tech, logistics, ERP, or inventory management software;
- Understanding of SQL, APIs, or ETL workflows to help facilitate technical discussions (it won’t be required to code);
- Experience setting up or optimizing Intercom chat, workflows, or knowledge base content;
- Ability to work in alignment with US timezones.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary project manager for customer onboarding and expansion projects;
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth and timely customer go-lives;
- Coordinate with engineering and customer success teams to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure customer requirements are met;
- Facilitate regular status meetings and communications with both internal and client stakeholders;
- Ensure a smooth handoff between sales, onboarding, and customer success teams;
- Track progress against KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders;
- Maintain and improve project documentation, processes, and playbooks for repeatable success;
- Support the Customer Success team in Intercom by:
- Monitoring incoming customer inquiries and triaging as needed,
- Coordinating and sending onboarding or product messages,
- Assisting in maintaining and improving knowledge base content,
- Tracking and reporting on customer support trends.
- Proactively identify risks or issues and work to resolve them before they impact the customer experience.
