Data Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for a data engineer with ample experience in maintaining data pipelines to join our team and help design, develop, maintain, and optimize the data infrastructure for our project in the home equity domain.

The candidate should be able to work alongside the main data engineering team based in Boston, Massachusetts, participating in meetings and standups.

Our client is a startup that revolutionizes the home equity market in the US. Our team is working on providing outstanding BI services with accessible data to decision-makers as well as streamlining the current services and their effectiveness.

Salary:

6,000 - 7,500 USD

Location:

Hybrid: Wrocław/Kyiv

Skills & Experience:

4+ years of professional experience in data engineering (Python) with a focus on building and maintaining data pipelines;
3+ years of experience with Snowflake;
Experience with AWS;
Experience with DBT;
Great skills with SQL;
Capable of working in a team within a full development life cycle;
Ability to work with US-based teams and adapt to the time difference;
Proactive team player with confident verbal and written English communication (Upper-intermediate or above).

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize data infrastructure for an organization;
Build and maintain data pipelines; create ETL processes; design and implement data warehouses and databases;
Ensure the scalability and efficiency of the data infrastructure.
