Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Partnership roles, or HR Generalist in international companies within the IT industry (high priority for outstaffing by software services companies).
- Strong knowledge of Colombian labor law. Familiarity with labor legislation in Argentina and Brazil is a plus.
- Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, adaptation, learning & development, retention, recognition, termination, and offboarding.
- Proven experience in people management across Colombia, Brazil, and Argentina.
- A true hands-on approach, with the ability to monitor and maintain high levels of employee motivation and engagement through regular 1:1 sessions or surveys.
- Demonstrated experience advising Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Delivery Directors on best HR practices and local compliance.
- Practical experience developing HR metrics to track engagement, performance, pulse, and attrition risks.
- Must have experience working with multicultural teams; prior collaboration with stakeholders from Eastern Europe and the United States.
- Proven ability to build HR processes from scratch or identify gaps and take ownership of developing new, effective solutions.
- Fluency in English for daily communication.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, or a related field.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Delivery leaders (DD, DM and PM) to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Provide insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Support business initiatives through HR-driven solutions that enhance productivity and engagement.
- Serve as the primary advisor on talents relations, ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, processes,local labor law, and company regulations.
- Support managers in setting objectives, develop PDP, evaluating performance, and conducting appraisals.
- Advise on performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
- Drive initiatives to enhance talents engagement and motivation.
- Identify high-potential performers and succession planning needs.
- Partner with learning and development specialists to create training programs aligned with business needs.
- Facilitate coaching and mentoring initiatives for managers and talents.
- Support business transformation, restructuring, or culture change initiatives.
- Advise leaders on communication strategies and talent engagement during change.
- Facilitate effective communication between HR and other departments;
- Assist with the onboarding process, conduct regular 1-1 meetings and manage onboarding
