The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in modern cloud environments, leading cross-functional teams, and designing enterprise-grade, cloud-native architectures.

The company drives cloud-native adoption through containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on microservice-based architectures, security compliance, and the definition of technical standards.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and/or systems engineering roles.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages and frameworks, including Java, C#, .NET Core Framework, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, React, Node.js.
- Deep understanding of software and architectural patterns, including microservices, SaaS architectures, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure, including services such as CDN, S3, Route 53, and AKS / EKS / Kubernetes platforms.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, including Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and automation pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on system design.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade, scalable solutions across complex systems.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across engineering, product, and business teams.
- A strong passion for mentoring engineering teams, promoting best practices, and driving a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in the concrete or delivery/logistics industry.
- Event-driven architecture experience using Kafka or Pub/Sub.
- Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Background in defining technical standards at scale in large organizations.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers and future architects.
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration from legacy solutions to modern, cutting-edge architectures, including supporting the old system during the transition.
- Design and own end-to-end solution architectures ensuring scalability, security, availability, and performance.
- Lead the definition and implementation of microservices-based architectures using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven patterns.
- Make architectural decisions on technologies, frameworks, and cloud services.
- Drive cloud-native adoption using containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards, especially in regulated domains.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance.
- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, operations, and external partners.
- Act as a technical mentor and leader, guiding teams and promoting engineering excellence.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.Lead the migration from legacy solutions to modern, cutting-edge architectures, including supporting the old system during the transition.
