About the role
We’re looking for a Middle FullStack Python Engineer to act as a fully dedicated, integrated extension of the engineering team.
Your main responsibility will be to develop platform in general and design and develop features individually, collaborating with the rest of the team.
Some of challenges that you will face on is requests for customization from leaders of e-comm industry and IT industry, adding and aligning data from multiple data sources, providing different schemas of billing credits, integration with 3rd party services etc
About the project
Platform solution based on FastAPI is used to provide e-brand insights to clients. The product evaluates and ranks e-commerce brands using data science and data collection. The project includes brand data scraping from various sales platforms and processing this data to extract valuable insights.
Swiftline is a fast-growing startup striving to build easy-to-use valuation tools for e-commerce stores (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify etc.) based on key business metrics such as sales, growth, and profitability, as well as historical valuations to understand how performance changes over time and areas of potential improvement.
Charm.io is a Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce Intelligence platform that indexes, profiles, & growth ranks every DTC brand using a combination of natural language processing, computer vision, and algorithmic pattern recognition.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of intensive solid experience with Python
- 2+ years with React and TypeScript
- 2+ years with FastAPI (or Flask as an alternative)
- Hands on experience with CI/CD і AWS
- English on B2 level or higher
- Excellent team skills
- Experience with creating technical documentation (e.g. sequence diagrams, state diagrams etc)
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Collaborate with team members across all stages of the process
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure quality
- Deploy code with proper documentation and communication
- Monitor the system, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes after release
- Create data models
- Work according to the Agile processes;
