Skills & Experience

• 4 + years of hands-on recruitment experience within technology companies, startups, or international IT environments.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for multiple technical roles simultaneously, with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
• Strong understanding of technical profiles, including Data Engineering, AI and Machine Learning, DevOps, Software Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Assurance.
• Practical knowledge of talent markets and recruitment practices across Latin America; experience hiring in the U.S. and/or Europe will be considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, professional communities, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Ability to develop effective sourcing strategies, assess market availability, and build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, provide market insights, and maintain transparent communication with hiring managers.
• Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting agreed hiring timelines.
• Proactive, results-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic international environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, competency-based interviews, candidate evaluation, offer management, and negotiations.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical stakeholders to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and agree on effective recruitment strategies.
• Identify and engage qualified technical talent through targeted sourcing, professional networking, referrals, talent communities, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both active vacancies and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct structured HR interviews, assess candidate motivation, relevant competencies, communication skills, cultural alignment, and potential risks.
• Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview stages, collect timely feedback, and proactively address potential delays or risks.
• Support offer preparation and negotiation, helping achieve a balance between candidate expectations, market conditions, and approved hiring budgets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, interview feedback, recruitment documentation, and vacancy statuses in the ATS.
• Contribute to employer-branding activities and support the company’s talent expansion across Colombia and other strategic markets.
