About the role:
As a People Partner, you will be instrumental in aligning HR practices with business goals, working closely with Project Managers and key stakeholders to implement a top-tier HR partnership approach. Your responsibilities will include leading HR initiatives that promote a high-performance culture, ensuring team members are engaged and enhancing the company’s HR brand within the local IT - community. Your responsibilities will include fostering a positive work environment, resolving employee concerns and representing the company at professional events.
Who are we looking for?
Skills and qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in an HR BP|People Partner role in international companies;
- 3+ years experience in the IT industry;
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices and HR regulations in Europe;
- Fluency in English and Polish, Ukrainian is an advantage;
- Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources;
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving HR issues;
- Passion for results: able to deliver full-cycle HR projects (from start to finish) and results in a timely manner;
- A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information;
- Experience in public speaking and organizing HR events;
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams;
- A strong understanding of local labor laws is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement HR best practices aligned with business objectives to drive performance and growth in Poland, while supporting the company’s expansion across Europe;
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters for Project Managers and the local management team;
- Lead local HR projects and support HR process improvements;
- Actively participate in the performance review process and conduct regular one-on-one meetings;
- Ensure that local policies are effectively communicated and implemented among team members;
- Work with teams and managers to identify risks, provide retention support and foster collaboration;
- Engage in employee engagement surveys and other HR-related activities;
- Respond to organizational changes and employee needs by creating effective solutions for complaints and requests;
- Promote the company’s HR initiatives and culture within the Polish community;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local HR networks;
- Lead employer branding efforts to attract and retain top talent in Poland;
- Ensure HR compliance with local laws and regulations;
- Attend industry conferences and local meetups, representing the company as a speaker;
- Organize and participate in networking events to enhance the company’s visibility;
