For this role, we assume that the candidate will be working from our Wroclaw office 80% of the time.

Salary:

9,000 - 13,500 PLN

Location:

Wroclaw (From the office 80% of the time)

Skills & Experience:

  • Communicative Ukrainian and English; Polish would an advantage;
  • Experience in employee relations, people operations, compensation/benefits, and organizational development;
  • Ability to solve moderate to complex problems; resourceful and takes initiative to seek internal and external resources when solving problems;
  • Very strong EQ with fine-tuned instincts and problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for results; able to deliver full-cycle projects (start to finish) and results in a timely manner;
  • A team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment;
  • Experience working with compensation/benefits and L&D practices;
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with international companies;
  • Experience in the IT industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full HR service (excluding recruitment) to the teams, e.g., development and advice on motivation programs, individual/team retention tools, compensation/benefits, training & education strategies, etc.
  • Create and support career development programs in Proxet with a focus on people development needs;
  • Proactively monitor learning and development needs; advise on opportunities and implement solutions;
  • Support the onboarding process, regular 1-1 meetings, and employee offboardings;
  • Assist in customizing HR procedures and policies, and ensure their implementation among employees;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation/benefits practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with trends and people’s needs;
  • Work with teams and managers to identify risks; provide people retention support and cooperation;
  • Participate in engagement surveys and other HR activities;
  • Respond to organizational changes, employees’ needs, complaints, and wishes; create solutions to employees’ challenges.

About the Project

Proxet is a software development company with over 200 people and is growing systematically. We have more than 20 development teams working for our clients plus an internal product team.

The Proxet People team consists of our HR Director, two people operations managers, 10 talent acquisition specialists working in Europe and LatAm, an employer branding team of three people, and two office administrators for our offices in Kyiv and Wroclaw.

We are constantly growing and we are now ready to invite a professional People Partner to join our team. Similar to other People Partner roles, responsibilities include compensation and benefits, L&D functions, and people operations.

We use PeopleForce as our HRMS and ATS, and we are open to new and creative ideas — especially new initiatives!
