As the Product Manager and business-facing lead, you’ll be responsible for shaping the vision, aligning stakeholders, and, jointly with the program leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of Foundry-powered solutions that support the client’s real estate, accounting, and reporting needs.

Our client is a leading, $35B global commercial real estate services and investment firm. To accelerate its digital transformation, the organization is adopting Palantir Foundry as a core data and application platform. The focus is on building scalable solutions that showcase Foundry’s value, drive adoption, and create a pipeline of business-funded initiatives. These efforts aim to enable efficient data transformation and client-specific reporting at enterprise scale. Together, they will strengthen reporting capabilities, improve efficiency, and establish a foundation for data-driven applications across global operations.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar role on data-heavy projects.
- Proven success in defining and delivering data platform products or enterprise-scale data initiatives.
- Familiarity with Palantir Foundry (data pipelines, ontology, and low-code apps). Training will be provided where deeper hands-on knowledge is needed.
- Good understanding of cloud data platforms like AWS, GCP, Azure, modern data warehouses like Databricks or Snowflake, and tools and languages like SQL or Python.
- Proven experience in starting projects from scratch and leading them to completion.
- Strong domain understanding of real estate management, accounting, or ERP/financial systems.
- Ability to own the roadmap and prioritize across competing stakeholder demands.
- Strong business analysis, requirements elicitation and communication skills (user stories, data requirements, data flows).
- Good understanding of how to handle data compliance, privacy, and security, and ensure products are built with those considerations in mind.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments, with comfort in ambiguity and evolving requirements.
Nice to have
- Background in Yardi, SAP, Oracle Financials, or similar ERP/accounting systems.
- Experience delivering data integration or client reporting platforms.
- Consulting background or large-scale enterprise transformation project experience.
- Knowledge of Human-Centered Design and Jobs to Be Done frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Own product backlog & vision for Foundry projects, ensuring alignment with business unit goals and funding priorities.
- Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog for a dedicated track.
- Translate complex business requirements into Foundry product features, data transformations, and applications.
- Collaborate with Program Manager, Architect, Data Engineers, and App Builders to deliver solutions at scale.
- Partner with business stakeholders to elicit business and implementation requirements for client-specific data delivery (e.g., APIs, scheduled exports, schema mapping).
- Drive proof-of-value demonstrations, evangelizing Foundry capabilities to secure executive sponsorship.
- Ensure rigorous acceptance testing and validation of Foundry applications and data flows.
- Champion data governance, regulatory compliance, standardization, and semantic layer development for long-term scalability.
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder forums to build buy-in and accelerate adoption.
