About the role:
We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer to take ownership of our web application’s architecture and delivery. This is the core interface used daily by dispatchers, drivers, and plant operators—highly operational users who depend on speed, clarity, and reliability. You’ll work closely with backend engineers (Golang + Postgres on GCP) and have real influence on product design and technical direction.
This role is hands-on: you’ll write and review code, shape architectural decisions, and help grow a high-performing frontend team.

For our project, you will help drive the software architecture design, modernization, and transformation to modern microservice-based platforms and distributed systems in the cloud.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years building modern frontend applications
- 2+ years in a lead or senior role with mentorship responsibility
- Deep experience with React and UI performance tuning
- Strong understanding of design systems and component libraries
- Comfortable integrating with Golang APIs and backend logic
- Startup-ready: pragmatic, fast-moving, and opinionated when needed
Nice to have:
- Experience with dispatch, logistics, or marketplace apps
- Familiarity with Google Cloud
- A good eye for design—comfortable collaborating on UI/UX
Responsibilities:
- Lead development and architecture of our React-based web app
- Own component design and styling using MUI (Material UI) with Emotion
- Ship product features end-to-end in close collaboration with design, product, and backend
- Improve app performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
- Mentor other engineers and establish best practices for frontend development
- Help us scale—from tactical UI fixes to long-term platform growth
