About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our project for a home equity startup in the US and help embed React.js applications inside an existing Django multipage application and perform code reviews, among other tasks.

Our client is a startup that revolutionizes the home equity market in the US. No interest, no monthly payment — the client's product provides near-immediate access to funds so homeowners can pay for needs or pursue goals and opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of professional experience with Python; deep understanding of language internals and best practices.
- 1–2 years of focused experience with Django.
- Strong, senior-level experience with React.js and modern client-side technologies (HTML5, CSS3).
- Ability to define and drive front-end technology strategy and architecture.
- Capable of leading and working within a team across the entire development life cycle.
- Upper-Intermediate English or above; must be a confident communicator in both verbal and written forms.
Nice to have:
- Experience with JavaScript libraries/frameworks;
- Experience in REST and/or GraphQL;
- Experience in responsive web development;
- Experience in cross-browser development.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate external APIs into the existing architecture to replace core functionalities;
- Implement automation and document processing solutions while ensuring strict adherence to project constraints;
- Perform discovery and research to validate the integration of external services;
- Decide whether specific technical solutions should be implemented on the backend or frontend;
- Produce well-designed, efficient code using the best software development practices;
- Perform code reviews for compliance with engineering standards and quality criteria;
- Provide suggestions on ways to improve the architecture, coding practices, and toolsets.
