Skills & Experience

• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot) as part of the daily development workflow.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Python and experience building production-ready backend applications and services.
• Hands-on experience with Python web frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of backend architecture, application design, separation of concerns, and scalable development practices.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming, promises, modules, and modern JavaScript features.
• Strong hands-on experience with React, including components, hooks, routing, forms, and state management.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, including semantic HTML, responsive design, and modern layouts.
• Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, reusable solutions, and state management.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms and secure API development.
• Experience with unit and integration testing across backend and frontend components.
• Good understanding of application performance optimization and scalability.
• Experience with Git, package managers, development tools, and modern build tools.
• Good understanding of web security principles and common application security risks.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes across the full application stack.
• Ability to work independently, analyze technical requirements, and make well-reasoned technical decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• English level: Advanced.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable full-stack applications using Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Design, build, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and well-structured frontend components and user interfaces.
• Design and implement application logic, data models, API integrations, and backend workflows.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, including authentication, data handling, validation, and error management.
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Translate product and technical requirements into reliable end-to-end solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineers, QA Engineers, Designers, and Product teams.
• Participate in technical discussions, solution design, estimation, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-structured code following engineering best practices.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend and frontend performance and functionality issues.
• Optimize application performance, API response times, database queries, rendering, and loading times.
• Contribute to application architecture, development standards, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
• Use AI coding tools effectively as part of the daily engineering workflow to accelerate development, debugging, testing, and code quality.
