About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong Go and React skills and a passion for building robust, high-performance systems. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, ensuring system reliability through optimized concurrency patterns, and maintaining high-quality code standards. This is a client-facing role: you will communicate directly with the customer's stakeholders, so strong spoken and written English is essential.
You will join our Innovation department, where AI is used heavily every day to move fast: we build new internal and external products, bring them to a reliable, production-ready state, and then hand them over to dedicated product teams. This is not a "vibe coding" position. We need a solid engineer who uses AI to work faster while fully understanding and owning every line of code that goes to production.

Our customer is an innovation-driven organization that provides an end-to-end, cloud-first software platform for the ready-mix concrete industry. Their solution streamlines and optimizes critical operations - from quoting, batching, and dispatch to delivery and invoicing - enabling real-time management of production and business processes. Leveraging Google Cloud and AI-driven insights, they are transforming complex logistical and data challenges into scalable, production-grade tools that improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance satisfaction across plant operators, dispatchers, and sales teams.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, with at least 3+ years of professional experience building and scaling applications in Go.
- Backend Fundamentals: Solid experience with Go frameworks like Gorilla Mux and working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Frontend Skills: Strong commercial experience with React, including React Query, state management, and component libraries such as MUI. Good knowledge of TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Development Lifecycle: Experience with CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher, spoken and written. You should be comfortable leading calls with native-speaking clients, explaining technical topics to non-technical people, and writing clear documentation and messages.
- AI Tools: Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot as part of your development workflow. You should be able to review AI-generated code critically and make sure it meets quality and security standards.
- Engineering Ownership: Strong understanding of software design, architecture, and debugging without relying on AI. You can tell when AI output is wrong, fix it, and explain your technical decisions.
- Mindset: Proactive, eager to learn, and excited about the latest AI developments. You are comfortable with fast iteration and owning products from idea to release.
Nice to have
- Industry Experience: Background in logistics, delivery, or complex resource management systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with specific experience in Cloud Run and infrastructure management.
- .NET: Experience with C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core) for building backend services.
Responsibilities
- Backend Development: Design and implement high-performance microservices using Go, focusing on clean code, concurrency, and low-latency API responses.
- Frontend Development: Build and maintain user interfaces with React, React Query, and MUI. Deliver complete features end to end, from the database through the API to the UI.
- Direct Client Communication: Work directly with the customer's stakeholders and product teams. Take part in regular calls, clarify requirements, present technical solutions, give status updates, and turn complex business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
- AI-Assisted Development: Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code every day for writing code, refactoring, debugging, code review, writing tests, and documentation. Help improve the team's AI-driven development practices.
- AI Workflow Optimization: Help design and improve the team's AI workflows, such as automated PR reviews, AI-generated fix plans, and multi-model pipelines, to make them faster, more reliable, and more cost-effective.
- Rapid Product Delivery: Build new products quickly, from first prototype to a stable, production-ready state, then hand them over to product teams with clear documentation.
- CI/CD & Quality: Utilize an understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to contribute to reliable deployment cycles and high code quality.
