We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee HR operations for our growing U.S. team while driving alignment and coordination with HR leaders across our global delivery centers in Eastern Europe and Latin America.
This role requires strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, as well as experience managing HR functions across multiple countries. Acting as a central point of HR leadership, the Senior HR Manager will design and implement scalable HR processes, collaborate closely with cross-border HR teams, and support a diverse employee base that includes senior leadership and client-facing teams.
The ideal candidate excels at balancing hands-on operational responsibilities with high-level strategic planning, ensuring HR practices effectively support business goals across a distributed, multinational organization.

Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Prior HR experience within international offshore software development services companies (required)
- Proven success managing cross-border HR operations or global HR teams
- Deep understanding of U.S. federal and state employment law
- Strong knowledge of HR practices across multiple countries
- Experience with HRIS systems and operational HR excellence
- Strong background in compensation benchmarking, pay leveling, and performance evaluation frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
- Willingness to be hands-on while also contributing strategically
Responsibilities:
HR Oversight
- Oversee HR for the U.S., while ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws and managing onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration for U.S. staff.
- Collaborate with country-specific HR Regional Heads (Eastern Europe and LatAm) to ensure cohesive HR practices and alignment across multiple locations while taking into account local market practices and labor law considerations.
- Oversight and responsibility for annual HR budgeting process and budget allocation in line with the company’s strategic growth plans.
- Developing and implementing global HR policies, procedures, and performance review processes and standards aligned with corporate objectives and the differentiated personnel base.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore business leaders, the talent acquisition department, and resource management, to forecast global workforce needs and so that talent acquisition and human resources are closely aligned.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage U.S. payroll and benefits programs in coordination with Finance.
- Experience with salary and compensation benchmarking and leveling, including the ability to build out internal compensation review processes appropriate for the global workforce.
Performance; Learning & Development
- Establish company-wide performance management and feedback frameworks.
- Design and execute L&D initiatives adapted to a project-based services model; cross-functional upskilling; and evolving client needs.
Employee Engagement & Internal Communications
- Responsible for internal communications, including Company All-Hands and company internal updates, and enhancing internal communications across remote and on-site teams to foster a strong, unified company culture
