About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Mobile App (Flutter) Engineer to join our team and work on an innovative project in the pet tech industry.

As a Senior Mobile App (Flutter) Engineer, you will design technical solutions to communicate with smart IoT pet products via a mobile app; You will design, develop, program, and debug mobile apps deployed to Android and iOS-based devices.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering;
5+ years of mobile app development experience;
Solid working experience with Flutter;
Experience with Riverpod;
Working experience with GraphQL;
Strong familiarity with AWS infrastructure and services;
Solid understanding of Git branching strategies and workflows;
Hands-on experience with Mockito framework
Experience with REST APIs;
Practical Experience with Dart;
Understanding of web sockets and wireless communication at the application level;
Understanding of client-server concepts;
High degree of initiative and self-motivation;
Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

Practical experience with Flutter Bloc state management;
Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems;
Experience with Bluetooth-to-device communication;
Familiar with code generation tools or previous experience in projects that included code generation into code base.

Responsibilities

Design technical solutions to communicate with smart IoT pet products;
Develop and maintain single-code-based mobile apps for multi-OS deployment;
Programming, solving, and debugging, with detailed knowledge of Flutter and Riverpod-based programming environments, software applications, and device layering programs;
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development issues;
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code;
Will perform additional responsibilities when required.
