Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in QA processes, testing methodologies, and driving quality standards across all phases of product development;
- 2+ years working with automation tools and frameworks, with strong proficiency in JavaScript and Cypress;
- Hands-on experience with API testing;
- Solid experience in requirements analysis and handling;
- Skilled in reviewing and maintaining test automation code, and mentoring others on standards and best practices;
- Proficient in coding, troubleshooting, and debugging complex issues;
- Strong background in UI/UX and exploratory testing, ensuring both functional and user-focused quality. The quality bar on our team is already very high, and you will raise it even higher!
Responsibilities:
- Perform QA and regression testing of software to support the client’s mission of making homeownership less stressful and more accessible;
- Lead and coordinate UAT programs with internal stakeholders and end users of the client’s software;
- Contribute to and continuously expand the automated regression testing suite, supporting teams in increasing test coverage;
- Act as a key stakeholder in release readiness validation, with the authority to prevent immature software from being released prematurely;
- Collaborate closely with product managers to build a clear understanding of product goals and feature requirements;
- Play a significant role in shaping the design and development of the automation framework.

- Upper-intermediate (or above) English skills.
