We’re looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join a mature US-based startup specializing in real estate and investments. They shall be passionate about quality, scrupulous, attentive to implementation details, mission-driven, and motivated to deliver results.

Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of manual testing experience with strong web application, UI/UX, and outstanding exploratory testing skills;
- 2+ years of automation experience using JavaScript and Cypress, including writing, debugging, and conducting code reviews;
- Deep knowledge of QA methodologies, from handling requirements and collaborating with product managers to creating test documentation and tracking bugs;
- Hands-on experience with REST client tools and a strong drive to maintain high quality standards;
- Upper-intermediate English level or above.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring others on test automation standards, maintainability, and best practices;
- Experience with API testing;
- Good SQL knowledge.
Responsibilities
- QA and regression-test software used to meet the client’s mission of making homeownership less stressful and more accessible
- Drive UAT programs with internal stakeholders and users of the client’s software
- Help contribute to the automated regression testing suite, constantly extend it, and assist teams’ efforts in growing test coverage
- Act as a key stakeholder in release readiness, ensuring immature software is not prematurely released.
- Design and develop the test automation framework, contributing significantly to its architecture.
