About the role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience recruiting IT profiles. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us grow our teams across Latin America. The ideal candidate understands the local Columbian talent market and is familiar with local employment practices and labor legislation, and knows how to attract and engage engineering, data, and other IT professionals.

Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech companies, startups, or consultancies;
- Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities autonomously;
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills;
- Experience in recruiting across global markets and navigating cultural differences;
- Proficiency with ATS systems and advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, other effective tools);
- Experience recruiting technical profiles (e.g., Data, AI &Machine Learning, DevOps, Product Managers, QA etc.);
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies across Latin America, the U.S., and/or Europe;
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and a strong team player;
- Advanced English level (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Identify and attract top talent through innovative sourcing strategies and networking.
- Partner with hiring managers and People teams to understand hiring needs and build strong pipelines.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent expansion in new markets.
- Maintain and update recruitment documentation, reports, and processes.
