Technical Project Manager
About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to join our team and drive cross-functional execution across the product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, ensuring that complex integration projects ship on time while maintaining quality. You will be instrumental in coordinating work across distributed engineering teams, managing dependencies across our various product offerings, and establishing processes that enable our teams to scale.

The client is a US-based company specialized in cloud-native software solutions for the concrete and heavy building materials industry. The company works closely with customers to identify opportunities for process optimization and business growth, leveraging technologies such as Cloud Computing, AI, IoT, and Big Data to modernize operations and drive innovation across the industry.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management in a dynamic and highly technical environment.
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience managing integration projects involving multiple systems and APIs.
- At least 2 years experience in an Agile environment with hands-on application of sprint planning and velocity tracking.
- Ability to thrive and succeed in a dynamic environment not slowed down by ambiguity or competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into digestible pieces for non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence; experience with Shortcut a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and standard productivity tools with experience presenting to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, risks, and issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to align technology programs with business strategy and customer commitments.
- Data-driven approach to program management; building workflows, estimation models, collecting and analyzing data, and driving stakeholder buy-in.
- Excellent experience influencing without direct authority across engineering, product, and customer-facing teams. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are desirable but not required.
- Construction tech, logistics, or heavy building materials industry experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects, from initiation to closure, using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering leads, customer success, and sales to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and success criteria.
- Own sprint ceremonies including standups to maintain delivery velocity and surface blockers early.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, capacity models, status reports, and dashboards using Jira/Atlassian tools and best practices.
- Monitor and manage project performance, scope, quality, schedule, resources, communication, risk, and issue management across distributed engineering teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, weekly check-ins, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, documentation, and action items.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of project deliverables and alignment with customer commitments and organizational goals.
- Manage project changes, conflicts, escalations, and negotiations in a proactive and constructive manner.
- Provide regular and transparent project updates and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate technical dependencies across multiple product lines including API integrations, data sync, and multi-tenant architecture work.
- Track and resolve blockers including code review bottlenecks, ensuring engineering velocity and sprint completion targets are met.
- Manage third-party integration relationships and deliverables with dispatch system partners and technology vendors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, standards, and best practices within the organization.
- Deliver appropriate and effective executive-level communication on roadmap progress, risks, and trade- offs.
- Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and workflows to expand and mature project management capabilities as the company scales.
- Support customer support coordination, ensuring implementation timelines align with engineering capacity and integration readiness.
