About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise-grade software projects, primarily within Medical, Healthcare, and Financial Services domains.

This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—ensuring high-quality technical delivery, effective stakeholder communication, and strict adherence to enterprise standards such as security, compliance, governance, and reliability.

Acting as both an operational leader and a strategic partner to clients, the TPM builds and manages high-performing technical teams, ensures smooth project operations, and maintains strong alignment with stakeholders across multiple regions. This role collaborates with cross-functional delivery teams in Europe, with clients primarily based in the United States.

Projects typically involve Enterprise web platforms, backend systems, integrations, cloud-based solutions, and regulated workflows, requiring a solid understanding of modern software architecture, non-functional requirements, and domain-specific constraints. The TPM ensures solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with both client objectives and organizational standards.

About the project:

Proxet is a professional software development firm trusted by clients from around the world. With our expertise in AI and machine learning, we help businesses reimagine their possibilities and transform ideas into tangible digital solutions. By providing core services with an emphasis on data practices, we shape the future, one step at a time.

The project is delivered for the world’s largest medical research organization, representing a global group of medical, academic, and research institutions. The platform is a mission-critical enterprise product designed to automate the full lifecycle of medical research operations—from grant and funding applications, through research execution, payroll, compliance, and regulatory workflows, to post-research reporting and operational processes.

The system is actively used by 25,000+ users, including researchers, administrators, finance teams, and compliance officers. It operates at enterprise scale, with strict requirements around data security, privacy, auditability, and regulatory compliance, reflecting the realities of healthcare and medical research domains.

The product is currently undergoing commercialization, evolving from an internal enterprise platform into a market-ready solution for external organizations. As part of this transformation, new enterprise customers are being onboarded, introducing additional complexity around multi-tenant architecture, configurability, scalability, and enterprise onboarding.

This role plays a key part in ensuring reliable delivery, smooth client onboarding, and continuous evolution of the platform as it scales to support a growing portfolio of enterprise medical and research institutions.
